Recently, I joined forces with my husband, who brings over 35 years of expertise in the real estate industry. His career began in 1989, starting as a real estate agent during the challenging economic times of the late 80s and early 90s. He later transitioned into a successful 30-year career as a government appraiser and spent 16 years working as a real estate analyst.
